Just wondering if anyone has a good looking small fire guard? I have just spent a small fortune on a beautiful woodburner for our little living room and am loathe to cover it with one of the typical gigantic wire fireguards. Bought a curved glass screen but it is more lethal than the stove as one shove from my rough ds's and it will be tipped over and will smash on the hearth.
Also what age does everyone do away with the fireguard? My youngest is three and she wouldn't go near it but I am still worried about accidental falls/fights etc.
