Just wanted to say that it's all possible! At the end on Monday (completion day) my solicitors actually rang at 1040 to say all done!! I couldn't believe it. I was half expecting that call to be something along the lines of pulling out/can't really useless counterparts etc. But no. It all happened v seamlessly.
Movers arrived at 8.10, truck was packed by 11.30. We headed to new house and started unloading! We are still in boxes due to having 2 v young kids and working but v happy it all happened. We put house on market in may and completed in nov.
