Estate agent photos on Monday- what's the next step?

What are the stages?
Any tips?
I'm trying not to get too excited!

Photos will go online, then be picked up by rightmove and the like - may take about a week iirc. Then viewings will start (sometimes short notice!) Keep it clean and decluttered for the viewings and let the agent do its job.
