I am looking at properties in both of these areas so that my family and two young kids can get more living space and near good schools. However, after seeing several houses, can't really decide which of these areas is better. Both areas require similar amount of time to get into central London. I would like to choose somewhere that is up and coming and have good resale value on properties. Any advice?
