we love this house it ticks all our other boxes and falls in catchment of an amazing school,is lovelier than any other in our price bracket by a long shot

But,it has 2 upstairs bedrooms,one double,one single,and another double in the cellar...

we have 2 DC one boy one girl, DS is only 15months and is in with us ATM,DD is 3 and sleeps in her own room...we would extend the property in the future, but not right away.

so,how would you arrange this?

all ive got so far is adults in the double,DC share the single, playroom in the cellar...

any other viable suggestions?

Crikey they are bonkers! Our house has been on the market since summer time with no offers so far - I'd jump at the chance of an offer 5K less than the asking price! Very disappointing for you, but the "right" home is out there somewhere with your name on it Smile

got the pm, tis a nice house!
BUT, maybe this is meant to be. maybe the "right" house is just around the corner. it's so frustrating house-hunting, but something will come up

You mentioned its in a terrace of similar properties. Have you thought of putting flyers through the other doors saying that you're very keen motivated buyers with no chain and ready to go if they want to avoid estate agents fees? Most agents have a minimum fee that may even run to £2k so this is not insignificant nor is the fact you're in such a good situation.

i'm hav ing the same prob frigg.
only stuff i can find that i like is way over budget. but we're ok to just sit tight and keep looking until the "one" comes up.

do you need to move in a hurry?
