Anyone had a Glow worm boiler fitted?

We're being sold on a Glow worm boiler by our builder for our new house renovation - because it's good and I imagine because it's compact and fits neatly inside a cupboard.

Which? give it good reviews but my DH - ever the pessimistic - has scoured the internet and found some shit customer reviews.

Anyone had it and love/hate it?

Not got one but our plumber tried to sell us one too, I suspect because it was cheap - we went for a Vaillant one in the end. Plumber said that glow-worm are now made in collaboration with Vaillant but I did same as your husband, googled, and was not impressed with what I found. Spoke to my cousin who is a gas-safe reg installer, and he said that historically glow-worm have been seen as the cheap and not very cheerful choice, famed for breaking down a lot....TBH I would go for a brand known to be reliable - e.g, one of those german ones (Can't remember name, sorry, not very helpful), or Worcester Bosch or Vaillant.
