primary schools in south of Raynes Park Station

Thinking about moving to Raynes Park area from central London to get more space, but most likely will get a property south of the train station, ie, Grand Drive, etc (as north of the station is too expensive). All good schools like Wimbledon Chase, Hollymount seem to be on the north side, how are the schools like in areas south of the station? Will I have many choices? Any views on the area in general?

You will find info on schools in Merton here, including a map of all schools and the maximUm distance that got in last year. Once you find a house you like, you can call school admissions and based on the address they will tell you where you might get in.

You can also try this website. It looks like your options are West Wimbledon, Joseph Hood and Sacred Heart (Catholic). WW is rated outstanding by Ofsted; JH is pretty dire, SC is good.
