Hello.
I have a lovely 2 bedroom end of terrace housing association house in Beckenham. It's in a cul-de-sac of 20 houses (mostly you g families) non estate, quiet area with an ofsted outstanding primary school 2 mins walk and a playground and open field right by us. BR station 5 mins walk takes you direct to London Bridge in 20 mins. Beckenham high street is 15 min walk. We have gas central heating, modern kitchen, double glazed throughout and also have our own dedicated parking space outside the front of the house.
House is spacious, spacious kitchen (overlooks garden) decent sized lounge with back door onto a nice grasses rear garden and a downstairs w.c. Upstairs are two large double rooms and a family bathroom. There is a loft and plenty of storage and a new wooden shed in the garden.
The house is a new build (5 years old now) so is in good condition throughout and is neutrally decorated. It is disabled accessable too so all doors internal and external are extra wide to allow wheelchair access, light switches are lowered and plug sockets raised. Downstairs w.c is wheelchair accessable and all hallways are spacious. We are not disabled and do not make use of these but it doesn't affect us, neither do you need to be disable to live here- however it could be a great help for you or a relative are disabled.
The house/area and neighbours are fab! (next door neighbours are great an have 2 young children) I just want to move to be closer to family in Surrey.
We are open to options but would like to be in the Surrey area, house, bungalow or maybe a flat, ideally 3 bedrooms but 3rd could be a box room or study as just for a baby. Possibly a 2 bedroom house with an extra downstairs room that could be used as a bedroom.
Please reply here or message me if you're interested in discussing the possibility of an exchange with us. Open to options and happy to send photos too.
