He has 2 walls painted one shade of blue, the other 2 walls painted a slightly different shade of blue. His shelves are painted green and orange. And he has silver aliens and a silver spaceship on 1 wall.

You can get some amazing large sticker/mural things these days that easypeasy to do and look great.

I have just had DS' room redecorated and I chose Mount Fuji by Crown (its a Solo paint). It looks really nice - enough blue in it to be fresh and have an impact, but not dark. I've chosen theis fabric for curtains www.threadandloop.co.uk/shop/product/644/sandbanks. I've also bought some wall canvasses in GLTC and am thinking of a wall sticker too.

DS is trains obsessed, but rather than incorporating trains into expensive things like curtains, I have bought him a train hook for his dressing gown, and may well buy the train wall sticker that spin collective does. I've also got train bookends and a duvet cover.

Have a look at websites like Kidz Dens for inspiration!

My daughters room is crown Soft Lime and I'm do pleased with it as can be versatile using the stickers mentioned above and she has had a safari and garden flowers theme without paining again.
