Beca are you buying my house?!?! Though mine is a 3 bed det by design (with a conservatory and a garage conversion and off-road parking for 3 cars and a nice garden).

And I also might be moving in a few weeks time. Just waiting on a survey and some further information about the boiler which had a dodgy report last year. Mortgages are all in place. Paperwork is being processed.

What I really want to do is move in and decorate for Xmas as part of the unpacking process. I am also seriously putting together a plan of attack for the new year sales. Not for everything I need, but for some things like a sofa-bed for the garage room.

Good luck to you and drcrab.

Becaroooo · 11/11/2011 17:21

Its now empty and waiting for us to move into!

Just had more good news.....we have let this place so dont ahve to pay another 2 months rent as per our lease Smile Thats over £1k saved!!!

Good luck x
