Farrow and Ball woodwork advice needed

Hi,
I have painted the walls Pointing, and am struggling for woodwork colours. Farrow and Ball suggested Pointing, Wimborne White or Clunch. Flatbread suggested Strong White on the favourite colours thread. I have also considered Slipper Satin.
It is quite a lot of woodwork- 2 windows with panelling underneath, and I want to avoid anything too heavy. Does anyone have experience with Pointing alongside any of these colours please? (I am regretting the Pointing tbh, but don't want to start again!)

I've painted our dining room and kitchen Wimborne White with Slipper Satin wodwork and am really pleased as the contrast is nice but slipper satin isn't too dark. We've got a big panelled window so sounds similar. I did the picture rail the same colour as the walls, just skirting window and doors slipper satin.

I think strong white is a really bad name...I was put off by the images it conjured before I used it. I would call it whisper white. It is not a brilliant white, but a lovely old fashioned soft white.

Amazon has a really good book on painting with colour. I didn't buy it, but there were some free page previews with f&b colour combos on walls, floors and woodwork.

Depends on the tones of the floorcovering, and the light levels in the room, but I would choose Clunch from your list, or possibly Dimity. I don't think Slipper Satin works with Pointing but that's just my personal opinion!

Grey, whatever colour you choose, try to make the woodwork a lighter shade than the walls. We found that it really opened up the room while the previous darker woodwork (as compared to the walls) sort of closed-in the space.

Thanks for all the advice. As I was faced with a quick turnaround, I went with Pointing for woodwork too. It looks really nice- very contemporary, and does actually look a different colour- more grey on the woodwork. I tried Wimborne White, but felt it was too light against Pointing. The Clunch tester looked great, but my daughters wanted a lighter colour.
I was also advised against Slipper Satin and Pointing; Slipper Satin looks pink and Pointing yellow next to it.
I have now got lots of colours I want to try in a different setting though: Off White, Shaded White and Dimity all looked lovely in the Farrow and Ball showroom.
