I will probably regret this post as we've almost killed ourselves getting this house ready for sale (and haven't really got any money left for more work) but need to sell it so any comments gratefully received.

The smaller bedroom doesn't look quite so bland in the flesh but we are going to hang a picture on the wall.
The gravel area in the garden which is at the side of the house will have a table and chairs
The overgrown lawned area is being levelled off and turfed next week, the description will say this and a fresh picture will be taken.

So, anything we should change

You just have to remember that these are only little things to tweak the photos. You have done a FAB job of the place and it looks well presented, clean & bright :) If you are priced OK you will sell in no time I'm sure.

It's clean, tidy so as long as it doesn't smell and the price is right then you should be fine!

Thanks for all your help, we did tweak quite a bit in line with the suggestions.

Had 2 viewings on Monday, both offered, first was way to low but the second was within £2k of the asking price which we accepted .

Just a case of keeping our fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong......

I like the loo seat, but I think you could add some co-ordinated accessories in the bathroom to zizz it up a bit. Ditto the kitchen.

It's lovely, clean and well presented but rather bland and looks like it's uninhabited and has been staged for sale. Whilst I like clean and clutter free I think it's gone a bit far the other way.
