very quick qu for any landlords out there

Wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I have a flat that I've always let through an agent. Current tenants are leaving this xmas and have got good replacements for me, so I needn't go through the agent this yr which will save me a lot.
My qu is what to do re contract. Can I copy the agents contract, obviously omitting their heading, will it be legal? Or is there a very good contract I can buy from somewhere?

Thanks

I think there might be something like a landlords association, maybe they provide contract templates? In any case, I have seen tenancy agreements in Rymans.

I would not copy the agency's agreement.

You can download a standard shorthold ten agreement from the internet. Just google and pick one!

I have always just copied the contract we got from Smith's when we had our first tenants. Updated as necessary.
