Hi mums, I am looking to move from a not very respectable part of London but stay commutable with London City. I was looking for much further out in order to get 3 bed house with my tiny budget of 180k and came accross Swanley purely by accident. The prices seem ridiculously low, with some houses for 170-180k. I wonder, is there any reason why? Schools seem to be good, and people nice.Although surprisingly I did not see any ethnic diversity when visited there, which is a bit surprising. Tell me more about Swanley, please!
