Just wondering how easy/do-able this is in principle.
The flat is in the basement and has a portion of the garden which might be a total pain - don't know how attractive it would be to tenants as it's not completely private, tho it is portioned off.
I think it would be liable for council tax as it has its own entry.
Is it a really bad idea?
