Does anyone know how to go about lifting a parquet floor - to salvage it and re lay it when hideous subsidence is sorted. Is it possible?

Does anyone know of a specialist who does this in the London ish area??

It's definitely possible. Try looking up "Wooden Floors" on yell.com and contacting the companies that offer laying services and restoration.
