Well, rang up the EA to arrange a viewing and he told me that the bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. It does not state this in the info!

Sigh.

What size is the house? Used to live in Watford and lots of the 2 beds there were like that. A friend got around it by taking some space out of the bedroom to create a small corridor to the bathroom.

not good if you have lots of visitors passing through your bedroom.

Yes, in fact my SILs house the previous owner did just that!

Thing is, it already needs a new kitchen (not really a problem) but putting up stud walls etc....how much would it cost?? - oh and they have already gone into the attic with an attic room so is it still an option???

I think part of our problem is that
a) we cant get what we want without REALLY stretching ourselves
b) we cant decide how much we want to go for wrt mortgage

sigh.

And now dh is away with work for 3 days....feel like I am getting nowhere fast....

PS We wouldnt really have many visitors..my family all in same village

A stud wall will be hundreds rather than thousands. And doesn't have to be done now
