1st Property Conveyancing Solicitors

Hi there. Has anybody got any experiences with using online solicitors 1st Property? After a very long time on the market, I'm about to (hopefully) sell my flat. The last solicitors I used were super expensive and not particularly good, so I thought I'd go with an online conveyancer and wondered if anyone had any experiences. I would appreciate any comments - thanks so much.

I haven't used 1st Property but we did use Simpson Millar. They do all communication over the phone or via email (except where signatures are required). They were very reasonably priced and the service was good.

Our Which Guide on how to sell and buy recommends them.
