How do we get a quick sale

We are looking sell our house in Alloa need quick sale though , who can help us ?? Or wants to buy it :)

DON'T go to one of those silly webuyanyhouse-type companies, whatever you do.

Can't help you on agents etc, but whatever the method used, it will have to be priced very attractively compared to other stuff in the area if you want a quick sale.

Slater hogg in stirling are good agents. There might be some local to you in alloa but make sure whoever you use will advertise on plenty of websites especially right move. Some smaller agents just use s1 homes but I think right move is a must. Also speak to agents about their database. I.e. do they have a database of people who are house hunting that they can match your details with.

Realistic price!...check out the land registry for sold house prices in your road/near you recently.

Price your house accordingly.

Declutter.

Make any repairs that need doing.

Decent EA who take good pics
