Can someone please explain our Rightmove Stats from Estate Agent

Hi!

We got our stats from the Estate Agent today and I wondered if someone can explain a little part of them for me so I don't have to call the agent to ask!! (I pester them enough already!!).

There seems to be 4 different statistics as follows:

Appeared in search results
Appeared in property details
Conversion rate
Extra detail views

I understand it all except for the "appeared in property details bit". How is this different from "appeared in search results"?

I think appeared in search results means that your house came up in the general list of what someone was looking for and then the if they click on your house to look closer it appears in the details bit.

Thanks noddyholder! I was being a bit thick wasn't I!! They are obviously the two figures they use to get the conversion rate. Oh dear...early night for me I think!
