I have an 'orlit' house and was wondering can you get loft conversions on this type of house ? It is made from concrete with steel supports rather than bricks and has at some point had additional supports put in-one upstairs and one down.
Tried to get some info from the council (it is a council property) but they couldnt even tell me the year it was built!) I would love to have a bit more space and a loft conversion would be the only solution-does anybody know if it would be possible/safe to have one on this type of house?
