Help! Is anyone a plumber? Just gone into the airing cupboard and there is water dripping from a pressure release valve next to the tank. What do I do? It's a drip about every 2 secs. Can anyone recommend a reasonable plumber in the East herts west Essex area???

You do need a plumber! These valves expand and contract all teh time and cheaper or damaged ones eventually do crack. It will need replaced. they are v inexpensive but the labour is what costs although it is not a huge job so don't act too stressy when the plumber comes as if they are a bit dodgy and see you are stressed they will bump the price!
