Hello - we got a mortgage and loan for our house 4 years ago nearly. Now that we have a one year old we'd love to move but cannot afford it. Is there a such thing a house swap for mortgage houses? Or any ideas how we could move without solicitor fees etc? Would love to hear off any one with ideas or has been through this? Thank you :)
