Is magnetic paint any good?

I'm thinking of painting a wall in the kitchen with magnetic paint (I want to then paint over it a colour I like). Do magnets stick to it as well as to a fridge or radiator???

Apparently not!.There was a thread in Good Housekeeping a few weeks ago saying that it is only useful for magnetic letters/numbers etc.,but is not powerful enough to hold papers.Sadly i had already bought the magnetic paint to hold all my dc's important stuff.I'm going to buy a magnetic whiteboard instead .I've seen large-sized ones on office sites.

Boo :( I want to use it to put pictures etc up, don't mind getting a whiteboard instead but really liked the idea of just sticking stuff on the wall. Thanks for the advice though.
