Electrical work certification

Selling house and need electrician to provide certificate for a small amount of electrical work (extractor fan and heated towel rail). Does anyone know how much this might cost to get done?

Difficult to say I think - how long ago was it done, who did it, and why was it not certified at the time?
The electrician who did the work can probably certify it, but you may have trouble finding someone who will certify another's work.
