tenancy agreement dates, if you move in on the 30th do you move out 30th?

Usually our tenancy agrements start at mid day on 30th and end at midday on 30th. In other words, if it is for one year we get exactly 365 days (366 in a leap year).

With our tenancy agreement we move in on the 15th and move out on the 14th.
