Does anyone know the standard length of a car parking space?

Need to know how many spaces to reserve for the 10m removal van being used for our move next week.

Er, the only thing I can roughly advise you is that my husbands car is 17 feet long & we struggle with it overhanging & encroaching onto the public highway....That may not be helpful so apologies if this confuses things further.

2.5 metres in a carpark, might be more like 3 metres for parallel parking.

Sorry, that's the width! Length 5 metres for a car park, so 2 spaces should be enough or 3 for manouvring room
