Hi all
We are looking at trying to rent a retirement flat for my parents in Bromley. Although it is early days, so far there seems little choice, and those advertised are only available on an assured short hold tenancy which means they could be asked to leave after a year. Does anyone else have experience of doing this? Please could you share your experiences and offer any hints and tips.
