cost of rendering semi detached?

Our house is in desperate need of wall renovation. Anyone know of rough estimate for a typical 3 bed semi.

Cant help but had our bungalow painted and that cost over £2000 so you can gauge the sort of money you could be looking at.

Our bungalow was rendered and it cost 2.5k I think. Dh painted it himself which cost about £150 in paint
