Just had a flyer through the door from someone pro-actively looking for a house in our area. Their budget is £250-290, and the house they say they want is virtually identical to ours but they specify "period features" that we don't have. We sold for £290, despite no period features.
But - would it be worth emailing them to say don't be disappointed if they get no takers at that budget? In the current market in this city they'll need to
look at the top end or higher, would it be a) fair or b) mean to tell them this?
We flyered as well but had no responses at all, so I feel for them!
