Engineered oak windows - anyone?

My architect is keen on these due to the fact that there is less chance of warping and maintenace in future - against straight solid oak.

Has to be oak and will be chunky and plan casements.

Need more feedback on these windows please.

Thanks

Sounds about right! I can ask DH when he gets home - he's a walking Wikapaedia of all things wood. It's a good, hard wood and often used for windows - quite £$£ but if that's not a problem then go for it! We've got them...and almost five years on they look amazing Smile
