60 minute makeover feature walls

What is their obsession with feature walls? Can these "interior designers" not come up with anything better?? And why do they want to make bedrooms look like hotel rooms? I don't want to live in a hotel!

it's quick and easy to make a big impact change.

I never understand why anyone would want to inflict such crap decorating on their friends/family. Even from the end of a camera lens I can see how shit the paintwork is. There's a reason you should take your time painting/papering etc.

I would really love to see a close up inspection of the work after 60 mins. Haven't really watched it much over the last couple of years, has anyone actually hated the make-over yet or is it still all gushy?

I saw one the other day with the living room decorated in bright yellow and black stripes. It was like a bumblebee had been plastered to the wall.

The owner said they loved it - through a very false smile. It was quite obvious they hated it and wanted to paint it back.

Are they still painting over patterned wallpaper?

I am watching now... those panels are quite clearly to hide shoddy paint work. And they always trample paint on the carpet.

It isn't even a nice red. It's horrid.

Lumpy, bumpy mural that no camera angle can disguise. But still not as lumpy as the Blue Room!

She has even put a red sofa in that room. This woman is obviously OBSESSED.
