Landlords - inventory service, recommendations please

Am an NLA member and they are unable to book me in this week for inventory and tenants are moving in. Can anyone recommend a service for the North London area (Finsbury Park). Grateful

We've used the (rather ambitiously named) Global Property Concept for our flat on Holloway/Islington borders. They seem to be available at short notice and not charge too much (#120 for one-bed, I think). 07772965962

Lala - £120 for a one bed - sounds high to me.

Found someone (AIIC) who can do it at short notice but had to request photos and pay £10 extra for them . Surely any inventory must be greatly assisted by photos?!

I thought that was quite reasonable. Out of interest, how much do you pay?

I've paid £130 for a 3 bed furnished.
