Just had an offer!!!- and want to post quick- before something happens again!

Yes! Buyers to whom I was previously under offer,but who lost their buyer,have now had another offer and still want to buy my house.I accepted 8k below my asking price - which is still 30k less than I paid 2 years ago - but it's ,hopefully,a sale.Now comes the nailbiting climb towards exchange.Been here before,though..And I have to find something for me and the 5dc.Going to view tomorrow.We are re locating,so could be a gamble,and we lost our "ideal" house with the first two chains breaking....

Also,had another viewing last night,booked before offer came in.Apparantly ,they are very interested and EA isn't going to tell them about offer yet,just in case.
I guess I must be on at the right price,at least.

Good luck, good luck!! We have been through a very similar thing, only our buyer (and further two offerers (offerees!??)) have still not re sold/sold their houses.
Getting settled in here for second baby now, 6 days away. Two broken chains later! Hate chains, hate house selling/buying. Yuck.
