Renting out our house - someone interested- but they don't want to on the tenancy agreement - their mother want to be the tenants- but she is penisoner so her dad is going to be garentor (sp) - apparently in a bad break up situation but still don't see why she can't be on the agreement -suggested they pay several months rent up front - or should I just say no?

You should only let people listed on the tenancy agreement live in the house or you could have problems if someone decides not to move out. She could be on the tenancy agreement with her dad as a guarantor.
