We reduced the price of our house last week. Had a viewing this morning by a cash buyer moving back to this area from london. He liked it!

He is coming back tomorrow with a friend and its between my house and another in the next town.

I have looked at the other house on Rightmove and its a very nice, 3 bed semi like this one, but unlike ours has no;
drive or car port
front garden
downstairs WC
loft/hobby room

Both houses on at same asking price. Am trying not to get excited but cant help it! Talk some sense into me!

Yes, and hes going back to see that one tomorrow too....just before mine!!

Its a lovely house but as I said, not in a great area (unless he wants to live on a main road) and its not got some of what this house offers.

I am going all out tomorrow...am going to throw some furniture into the sale too if he needs it..dining table and 6 chairs and pine kitchen dresser! Also the chest freezer
