Has anyone had any experience with this company? They sent out one of their "expert fitters" 6 weeks ago and it was a shambles. When he did eventually turn up (a day late!!) he took twice as long as he should have - it was only one wardrobe FGS!!, kept nipping out to his car, disappeared for over an hour supposedly to get more supplies and also knocked a hole in my ceiling! He was extremely rude and quite intimidating - every time he came in or out of my flat he slammed the front door despite me asking him not to as my little boy was ill and was asleep in bed having been vomitting constantly for 2 days. Their customer service is also APPALLING!! They initially said they would send a different fitter out the following week to fix the hole in my ceiling as I didnt want the original one coming back. They failed to do that, and 6 weeks later, and lots of phone calls from me, they still havent! I phoned today and asked for the owner of the company to call me, the girl I spoke to said she would get him to call me before the end of the day - promised me faithfully he would call - and guess what - no call! So now even the guy who runs it is ignoring me!!! God!
