Need to sell a house pronto with minimum hassle (elderly relative). Any suggestions of who it's worth approaching/who to avoid?

Thanks very much :)

Perivale. It's a fixer upper big time - needs new kitchen/bathroom/central heating so will probably go to a developer.

Any ideas? :)

Northfields Estate Agents have been very good and professional, worth haggling on the price, they are normally 1.5% + VAT, we paid 1% + VAT, www.northfields.co.uk

Thanks very much EalingKate, I will give them a ring. And thanks for the tip re haggling

We bought using Rolfe East, they were fab.
Several neighbours have sold V V quickly through RSK - not sure if they cover Perivale or just central Ealing though?

And do haggle, it works!!

Cheers Rick, will add them to the list. Now we have three - hurrah!
