How much should it cost to have exterior of house painted?

Front door, back door, 10 windows with some surrounds and mouldings, including projection (not exactly a porch) over the front door? It's in a tatty state and needs stripping right back, filling etc?

And how much if work also includes fixing one small bit of loose guttering, jet washing the stain off the bricks below that leak (and rep opting that bit if needed) and replacing a cracked drainpipe?

Many thanks! We're in a biggish city btw.

Had ours done last year quotes varied from 1,000-2,800 went for middling price but then told it will not last another year (so we should get it replaced now) as a lot of the wood is rotten and had to be filled in very seriously
Can't help with rest of query. We are in big city.

Thanks!

I don't think any parts are seriously rotten, but it does need completely stripping back and some filling and the paint has completely flakes off some of the exterior plasterwork and that'll need attention too. I'd hope it would last a good few years! (It's 10 years since it was last done, just a repaint then).

Anyone else?

We had the front of our house painted last year - 5 windows (incl 2 big bays) front door, porch. No filling/repairing. It hadn't been done in years. It was in the region of £350-400 (we're in a big city). We considered this a complete bargain - we'd had quotes of 3x that previously. Looks great.
