Hi,
Please could you offer me some advice?
My son's bedroom was covered in vinal wallpaper and it is too young for him so I said I'd paint it.
I thought I couldn't paint over the vinal so I pulled the top layer off, leaving what I assume is called 'backing paper'.
Can I paint straight onto this or do I need strip this off as well?
