I'm looking to move to the Brighton area, I am single, have one child, am in my forties, educated and looking to teach part time or tutor English to foreign students, and also teach dance in my spare time. This will be a big move for me as I"ve been overseas for years, originally from Reading but don't fancy moving back there. I like London but its Too expensive and busy now that I have 2 dogs and a child. I can afford around 650/month for rent, I hope to find a place that is dog/child friendly and with a small yard. I was thinking rural but will need to use public transportation. thanks for any ideas.
