We are number 3 house in a chain of 4 houses. The 'cash' buyer has pulled out. I think this happened a while ago and the EA has been trying to fix the chain without telling anyone!! What do we do now?? One bit of me wants to wait for the chain to reform - our buyers have committed to surveys etc, have applied for searches and are almost ready to exchange - also the idea of endless people traipsing around again fills me with dread. But on the other hand we sold the first time within 4 weeks - we could do so again with a shorter chain. But if we do this will our buyers pull out. Other options are for our buyers to go back on the market - they own a very cheap 3 bed terrace. Please some thoughts before we talk to various people today.
