We're looking for seclusion, privacy, a small detached property (1/2 beds, not a holiday home or parkhome) in any condition but must be away from it all. No need to be near shops or stations but must be habitable and in Kent or Sussex up to £170k.
There are a few properties on Rightmove and Primelocation but I wonder if anybody knows of any other online resources that might specialise in this kind of thing - or if anybody has one and is looking to sell
