We recently discovered a pipe leaking in the loft which has left definite water damage to the ceiling below, loft hatch and surrounds and potential damage to a tiled bathroom wall (under the tiles). The insurance company is happy for us to claim for the repairs but wants us to get 2 estimates first, however they have no advice on what type of tradesman/ company would give such estimates/ do such repairs. Does anyone know who does these repairs? TIA.
