Second viewing questions

... for a semi-rural 1990's bungalow with attached 1990's conversion plus 16 acres of land! Any help appreciated

Sorry I don't understand your post. Do you own the house, or are you going for a second viewing on this house? If you have booked a second viewing it must be because you have questions about it, or do you want us to help you think of more questions?

We are going for a second viewing. We have got some questions and intend having a much more thorough poke around rather than just understanding the layout/decorative condition etc as we did on the first viewing. I was just looking for some input from other experienced house hunters on some of the less obvious things I might want to consider. eg we already know to check the water pressure from bitter experience!

Neighbours, school catchment (if appropriate).
Can you see the planning permission for it all, and do they have full Buildings Regs approval.
Do they let out the land to anyone?
What works have they done in the last five or six years (esp insulation) and what are the fuel bills like?
