No water in kitchen cold tap or electric shower?

Have called the managing agent's out of hours line about this already, but just wondering if anyone has any tips/ideas why this might be happening? We have water coming out of both taps in the bathroom, and from the hot tap in the kitchen, but nothing from the cold tap in the kitchen, and (to our ) nothing coming out of the electric shower at all!

Hoping bloody agents reply - not keen on having to wash out of a bucket of boiled water until Tuesday. .

First check with your neighbours, see if they have a supply. Your kitchen cold supply will come directly into the house. You have water in the bathroom because it is stored in a tank (but this will run out soon if the problem is the supply to the property.
