Only need 2 bedrooms as it's just me and DD. Would you go for a 2 bed flat in walk in condition or a 3 bed flat in OK condition but might need a bit of work? Although it's only the 2 of us it would be great to have extra space for storage and folk staying overnight. I guess the question is quality or quantity and if you have a spare room is it a godsend or do you find you don't use it much and it ends up full of junk?
