We put our house on the market just under two weeks ago, and had our first viewing today. He's made us an offer which we have accepted
Am desperately trying not to get too over excited, but what kind of things normally cause a sale to fall through?

Survey, valuation, weak chain, change in circumstances, finding somewhere buyer likes better... fact that 1st viewer made a good offer suggests you'd find someone else fast though if this buyer drops away.
