Shower head in ceiling

Is this relatively easy to install? And does it cost a lot to have done? Anyone have experience of such fittings? Thanks!

Not especially easy to install (unless you want the pipework showing) and, assuming it is a fixed head shower, not very handy for when it comes to cleaning the shower cubicle. I wish I had thought more about my fixed head wall-mounted shower and got one that detaches instead.
