West London removals - recommendations?

I need to clear our 3rd floor flat in West London to our house near Windsor. Not much, just heavy stuff. Sofabed, wardrobe, two beds, chest of drawers. There's no lift

Looking at small removal firms online, they all seem to have terrible feedback. Can anyone recommend a removal firm or a man with a van & a mate?
